nice vault from ariella kaeslen
poor jessica lopez, fell on her FTY
decent vault for hannah whelan
i thought lauren mitchell could do a DTY?
one of the better ones ive seen from huang qiushuang 
typical great DTY from aly raisman
best amanar ive seen from jordyn wieber
average sloppy vault from aliya mustafina


bars:
best routine aly could do, which is not great
oh god jordyn fell on her tcatchev, clean set otherwise, tim's saying she fell for mental reasons, not because she was off
nbc didnt show huang qiushuangs bars but she apparently had a good routine
lauren mitchell falls as well and struggles through the whole routine
waiting for mustafina's routine everyones wondering how she'll do after jordyn's fall and her trouble on bars in training
wow one of the best sets ive ever seen from mustafina
still in shock about jordyn's fall but she still ends up in 3rd after 2 rotations
hannah whelan on bars cool connection, but then a mistake and a fall similar to lauren mitchell's
didn't show kaeslins routine but apparently she hit, just not her strongest event


beam:
wieber's up with a VERY solid routine stuck landing, hit all her connections, and i didnt catch any balance checks gets a 9.266 i believe in execution
tim's officially in love with huang qiushuang, she had a gorgeous set but she fell on her back pike and again on a leap
didnt show lauren mitchell's routine but she apparently had a solid routine with a little bit of a low landing on the dismount
aliya mustafina has a big wobble on her double turn, leaves out her arabian connection, a little sloppy and a big step on the dismount, and goes overtime but very solid set otherwise
after her routine she's drinking diet coke?
ariella kaeslin has a nice solid routine, i think she looks the best ive seen her at any american cup

aly raisman has a wobble or two but solid under pressure
jessica lopez has 2 super solid tumbling passes also looking i think the best ive seen her at any american cup


floor:
im hoping mustafina makes a mistake, or someone overtakes her, itll make for a more interesting competition
hannah whelan shows great artistry and beautiful tumbling, crowd gets into her music, but she falls on her double back and steps out of bounds on her double pike
reigning floor world champion has a little too much oomph on her double arabian and double pike and rebounds out of both of them but solid other passes
didnt show kaeslin but she had a solid set
jessica lopez has a clean, difficult routine
aly raisman has a gorgeous first pass(1.5 through to double arabian) and successfully competes her piked arabian! nice triple twist and double pike to finish, super consistent day for aly
aliya mustafina does a 3.5 twist! followed by a double arabian but then falls on her 3rd tumbling pass, almost identical to rebecca bross's fall at the 09 world championships this is about to get interesting as far as the winner of the meet
jordyn wieber needs a pretty big score to win, but its possible
steps out of bounds on her double double, solid 2nd 3rd, and 4th passes this is gonna be really close
wieber beats mustafina by 0.068! wow what a feat for her, especially after a fall she comes back to win against the world champion

so we've taken the scam out of the scamerican cup and the americans (men and women) still manage to win over the current world champion
